I visited Halford’s in Sutton yesterday as I needed to replace my car battery. The staff were all very friendly and Tracy and Maddy went out of their way to help. My battery was fitted, including a 10 point check so my car is now ready for the winter. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable about cars as she has assisted me in the past. The price was very reasonable too which was an added bonus. Thank you Halfords.
Went to Halfords this morning to replace my battery. John was so polite helpful and kind. What lovely customer service. Alex the man that took care of my car was amazing. I could ask him lots of little questions about my car and he was very knowledgeable and helpful as well as being very professional at his job. I came away feeling that my car was the safest and that Halfords in Sutton would be my go to from now on. Don’t normally leave reviews but well deserved Halfords Caz
Ordered a new battery for pick up from the sutton branch with free fitting as I am a club member, i went there and within minutes the clerk John was very happy and nice to talk with, however he sent me to the car and told me to wait in the car and someone will come to me to fit the battery so he could focus on the rest of the queue, i have then went to the car and waited for about 45min, in those 45min i saw John leave the store and i guess he ended his shift, he didn't let anybody know i was outside or waiting for anything he didn't even bother to put my name and reg on the paper that tells the workers that someone is waiting in their car. After 45min 1 hour before closing i thought i would go into the store and ask of an eta as i saw the members of the team not busy and was wondering why the wait was so long being i was the first in line. Went to the counter and surprise, nobody knew i was waiting, So after a long wait they signed me up and Alex the gentlemen fitted my battery, he was very knowledgeable and very friendly and done an amazing job fitting my battery knowing that its a convertible bmw and they are quite complicated to get to the battery. If it wasn’t for John’s mistake they deserved 5 stars but because they made me wait for almost an hour in the cold in this instance i will have to leave a 1 star review. I will however use my other account to leave a nice review for Alex as he truly deserves it after yesterdays fitting.
I came into Halfords about 20 minutes before closing time looking for a headlight bulb. A team member kindly asked if I needed any assistance, and John came over twice to check in and help me find exactly what I needed. He was very helpful and professional. Once I’d picked out the bulb, John asked if I’d like it fitted, and he quickly arranged for another gentleman to do it. As soon as I stepped outside, the gentleman kindly asked if it was about the headlight and fitted it in no time! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Really impressed with the level of service, especially so close to closing time. Thank you to John and the team for going above and beyond!
All quite helpful, ordered by web, chap went and collected order from stockroom. He also called another branch for me as wanted additional stuff, a roof rack and only had 2 parts of 3 part solution, good experience
Tracey in the spare parts department was friendly, helpful and made sure that my rear wiper was ordered in and fitted within two hours. Excellent service
I had a full car check done this evening at Sutton, Halfords. Alex who checked my car was a really friendly and a professional guy. I check all the components of my car thoroughly and explained me. I would high recommend them to anyone.
The best garage I've ever seen in the whole of London. The person who was serving me was so polite and friendly with a big smile on her face. She with another colleague helped me to get a discount through the Halfords membership. They suggested me to wait for 45 mins but after 15 minutes I was served and the lady who helped me to fit the bulbs did well and beyond to get them fitted correctly and there was one part which was broken so she couldn't fix it but she tried her maximum to fit them. These people need a bonus or a pay rise for making Halfords' customers happy. Surely recommend this garage.
