This proactive approach saved us potential headaches down the line. The only minor point was that we had to cover parking costs, which wasn’t mentioned in the initial quotation. It would have been helpful to know this upfront. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for smart heating installation or general heating system support.

   I booked with Rowlen for my boiler service after seeing the reviews. I wasn't sure if they came to my area so called and spoke to Jane who was very helpful and fitted in a booking as soon as possible (needed it done quickly before selling the place). Gavin came round on time and got straight to work. He was incredibly friendly, went through the stages of the service and notified me of things to look out for in future. All in all, a very effortless process from start to finish and had some nice chats with Gavin throughout.
