   They are very layer company they put me in to trouble they didn’t add extra driver then they said you can change your insurance after that when I find another insurance and I paid for it suddenly they said you can’t change your insurance . And I lost £200 because of their information I just want to say avoid insurance with this company

   Insurance claim pending and it been two months now and after settlement they don’t pay us. This company is playing with people and I ask them about there is any government regulations but they don’t guide us anything. Even after settlement how this company can take this much longer and always they said payment failed due to any error. Is this really happen for two months.

   I’ve have repeatedly tried to inform this company that someone is using my address to obtain cheap car insurance from them but they just don’t seem to care. Almost a year ago I informed them that a black box had been delivered to my house for a Mr Humberto Cotrim along with his insurance policy details and that this person has never lived here and that I believe he is committing fraud and was basically told that due to data protection that they cannot do anything about it and I should report it to the fraud helpdesk which I did. Now we are receiving letters that he has had an accident and I’ve told them again that this policy should be considered null and void as he has provided false details and they still don’t care. Can someone explain why you do not take action to prevent fraud when law abiding citizens are informing you to safeguard themselves and other road users. Maybe be using this platform I might get a reply.

   They're impossible to contact. They held my car for repairs for 3 months after an attempted break in. Eventually i lost patience as i contacted them multiple times but recived no update on the car, so i said I'd do it my self and asked for the car back. I was told the claim wouldn't be put through as they hadn't done anywork and so I'd keep my no claims bonus. I have now come to renew insurance with another insurrer and they have informed me that a claim was put through and I've lost my no claims despite the fact no repair work was carried out. I am no trying to contact them to ask about this and cannot reach them on social media and they dont have a phone line. Avoid at all costs! I'd happily pay double the price to never deal with swift cover or their parent company AXA ever again.

   Absolutely shocking, I’ve been waiting well over a month now for swift cover to pay back money left on a cancelled policy, first sent to somebody else’s account. And now won’t make any effort in sorting out there issue. Emails are literally days before they get answered and if you phone expect to be cueing for minimum of an hour. I’ve genuinely never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

   Cancelled my car insurance, got a email confirming it and was expecting a refund. Instead I got charged as if my car insurance wasn’t cancelled and cannot get hold of anyone. Do not go with swift cover, they are scammers.

   What a joke of a company. As if being in a crash isn’t bad enough. You then can’t get hold of anyone to help. Hours on hold. Or when you choose your option to get the right department. No phone detected and hangs up. Not had a car or courtesy car for 2 weeks now. Valuations obviously low. Waiting for someone to get back to me. Emails sent with no response. If I could give less than one star I would.
