   Absolutely was of my time and money. Insured a stolen and cloned car . And I am left to pay the 11k bill! Dont do all thier checks and will hide information in certain places to catch you out. 0 star if I could

   Been with this company and have been great i have 20 years no claims but every year it go,s up and up.. im now with KINGFISHER INSURANCE and a lot cheaper.. shame really But road runner couldn't beat there price.. hopefully if they lose enough customers ther prices will come down again.....

   Can't insure me as I own another separate company, separate legal entity which apparently is not covered by them, which is not what I was phoning for a quote for. Couldn't give a valid reason as to why they won't insure me because of that separate business, that they would've been unaware of if I hadn't notified them

   Their website promises excellent cover. After trying multiple dead phone number ingot through to ask for a quote. But because I’d volunteered as a safety marshal at a road event they declined to quote. Anyone with any links to classic car events or any form of motorsport should be really concerned if they are insured with this company as according to their staff they preclude anyone involved in any form of motorsport, as apparently watching a classic car rally precluded me from even getting a quite. Scary stuff. One to avoid

   The portal wasn't providing the correct information and although asking 3 times during the renewal process for it to be looked at it still hasn't been. I renewed all the same as I've not as of yet had any issues with policy or the updating system which is the main thing.

   Zero stars been with this company a year no problem come up for renewal they say they can insurer me because i have another limit company what is self drive hire ( the comapny has never traded offered to dissolve the company but still no . total waste of time
