FSB Insurance and its staff provide a great, friendly and efficient service and we have moved all our policies over to them for the most competitive premiums we could find.
We are a small business on the coast of Devon. We mange and show visitors an extraordinary ancient monument, a 2000 year old man made cave site whose actual historic roots go back to the time of Stonehenge, maybe earlier. We do so on a tiny budget and our insurance is a vital aspect of the business. Our previous insurer had us insured for law suits in the US of A. We do get visitors from the States, but our insure seemed unaware that accidents in the UK are covered by UK law and UK insurance, not by the laws of another country. The point about FSB is that we were able to go through anomalies like this - and there were others like the vital ancient manuscripts that we did not have stashed at the caves, and make our insurance both accurate and relevant. We could do this because the FSB service was personal and we were listened to. We were able to cut our insurance costs by over 50% and, far more important, have the right insurance for our business. FSB Insurance has a far better ear for small businesses like ours, and did not try and insure us as though we were the Tower of London - one day, maybe we will be as big an attraction as the Tower, but having the right insurance at the right cost, will help us get there.
