“The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week.
