Incredible- 3 working days after an RTC, which wrote off my car, we had a settlement figure in our bank account...LV= made the whole experience so easy, I was in shock. We have previously used them for pet insurance and they were also super speedy and responsive, but this was another level! 5 out of 5 stars for service

I have been with LV insurance for 3 years, when it comes to claiming from your insurance policy they are non helpful. I had an accident my car has gone to their preferred repair centre on my policy I selected a courtesy car. Their repair centre Halo are liars and dishonest. No one is taking ownership and I am without a courtesy car . DO NOT USE LV BECAUSE THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MAKING A CLAIM THEY DO NOT HELP OUT …. Save yourself the trouble and hassle…. I have been trying to get through to them all day

The best service we've ever had from an insurance company. I'm an 8 year old Viszla called Bella. I've been insured with LV for 4 years and never been ill, not even a cold. But when I got a couple of lumps on my tummy and leg and they were getting bigger the vet said I should have them removed as a precaution. She did it the following week and I went home wearing a very un-flattering doggy onesie to cover my stitches. Anyway, I went back on Monday and I've got the all clear! Horray! My human said he got through to another human on the phone and was sent a claim form by email. It was very easy to fill in and the vet sent it off for him last week. He got paid today and said it's the best service he's ever had from an insurance company.

Dont waste your money,they took ages acessing the claim,then came up with various reason why they couldnt pay out they are happy to take your money every month but when you need them they dont want to know,so because of their delaying tactics and bogus excuses for paying out we have a very sick dog,check the policy wording thorougly,they refused us because our vet destroyed our dogs records,because he didnt visit the vets that often,and becuse they couldnt check the dogs history turned our claim down, mickys not got inoperable cancer,as it has spread too far to remove it, avoid at all costs

Utterly unacceptable is the only description I can come up with for the appallingly bad customer service offered by this organisation. Whilst their products are, in my experience, excellent and highly competitive, just don't find yourself in a position to have to contact them via telephone. Their constant refrain is that they are "extremely busy at the moment" and are "doing their best to answer your call as soon as they can". Like many organisations these days, there is a single telephone number that all callers are asked to call and there is no alternative but to have to wait in a ridiculously long queue for 30 mins or more until you get through to somebody. On what planet is this acceptable when we all have busy lives which we cannot afford to spend hanging on the line waiting for companies to answer our calls? But that's by no means the end of your torment, for having waited hours to speak to a customer service representative and eventually been given the opportunity to explain your problem, you hope and pray that they will do what they say they will do only to find later that precisely nothing has been actioned and you are then forced to repeat the whole process once again. No wonder so many people in this country are reportedly suffering from mental health issues: companies like this are one of the main reasons.

I usually only review pubs. But had to change my habits after two brilliant experiences with LV= We live on a busy road and have had two cars crash into our parked car on two separate occasions. It just so happens that both people who crashed into us use LV= Even though we were not at fault (parked car) on both occasions our insurance company wanted us to pay an excess, transfered us to a care hire company who refused to hire us a car and made everything much more complex by asking us to make bookings and report back. On both occasions we decided to go through LV= after recieving a text. After a short phone call to a lovely lady (Sophie M) we had confirmation of our car rental in our inbox and confirmation that our chosen garage would give us a ring the next day. In contrast to our insurance company they were absolute superstars and we will be moving over to LV= when we renew our policy. I would highly reccomend.

The worst company to insurance your car with. Very unprofessional and useless. They said I was involved in an accident on 4th of April 2019 which I explained to them was not true. It took them a year and 2 months for them to finally say I was involved in the accident and it was my fault. During that year I called them several times asking for updates and eveytime they were asking me for proof I was not involved in a the accident. I told come and inspect the car but nobody came. What happened to innocent till proved guilty? I am guessing they pinned me for accident which I was never involved just because I was a young driver. Now I just received a debt collection letter stating I need to pay £635.10 for something I never done. I explained to them many times this is fraud and they needed to look into it. They did not bother. So here I am telling you my story. Stay away specially if you are young driver.

innocent in car accident-They offer me free repair if i claim with them.After 3 days i left my car in their repair shop they call me back that i have to claim with my insurance,no repair has been done,just waste my time.ABSOLUTELY DONT RECOMEND THEM-waste of money and time

They Investigate my health report and suggested I have been lied to them and I am about to pass out (no one is authorise suggest something like it ,especially "important"people from the office desk) so they cancel my premium and wanted to keep my Miss only... really ?! Awful offending experience.After that I have cancel our family premium but still got charged...
