   Have been with this insurance company for many years. My renewal was up and the premium for renewal had over doubled in price. I then used a comparison website and again over double. I've chose to go elsewhere this year. I always use comparison websites.

   Avoid this company they will NEVER stop emailing and texting you even when you have ended your policy. I had 4 calls from their sales team in one day asking to renew when I had clearly stated we had gone elsewhere alongside never-ending text messages.

   My landlord insurance was due to auto renew on 10th October, I called them on the 6th asking them not to auto renew and terminate the policy when it ended. On 7th October they took the full amount of the policy from my bank account. Called them today 8th October to be told even though the policy wasn't due to renew until 10th they're allowed to take the money early!? By early, they mean after I took them to cancel it. I now have to wait 14 days for my money to be refunded. Not sure how this company is allowed to operate. STAY AWAY
