Good price and extremely easy to renew. My premium has remained exactly the same for a few years now and to renew simply takes a one word reply by email and a bank transfer (other payment options are available)
Very pleased with the service for self-storage insurance, much cheaper than the self-storage companies charge... and the cost of the renewal was lower than the original. Very pleasant service too.

The misfortune of needing to make a claim, was handled professionally and quickly. I’ve been with them for many years, and I really appreciate how ‘old school’ and trustworthy they are. I haven’t had big annual hikes to my policy cost & changes to my policy don’t incur charges. Sharon & Lucy have been especially lovely. I highly recommend them.
I've been insuring my jewellery with Chelsea Insurance for 9 years. The service they provide is second to none. Their prices are competitive. They are professional but you feel as if you're their only client. Response times are excellent even at weekends. I can't recommend them too highly.
