Poor cleaning, toilets left dirty, use dirty mop water and new toilet rolls left on top on sanitary bins, windows sills etc. Wouldn't even give 1 star if possible.
It ridiculous worker give u the v sign and shout at u call ur name I report the worker and nothing as been done about him with the work uniform on

Great company to work for unfortunately I had to hand in notice as the cost of diesel was making it not worth my time apart from that I would still be working for complete cleaning services and I would just like to say thank you for having me over the past few years.
Poor customer service, cleaners not well paid or looked after.
Awful ' cleaners ' cut corners, use dirty mop water, don't hoover mats, don't lift door mats, sometimes don't have a bucket of water ( so use mop that's damp and dirty ) I have seen this for 11 months. But the housing association don't care as it's myself and neighbours who actually pay for it.
