   Before booking clarification of time cleaners are at property will be needed. Two hours actually = 3 young cleaners for just 40 minutes. This time resulted in rushed work and damage to our property. Cleaning not to good standard. I was not impressed with responses from owner that were more focused on "correcting" me than offering good service. I don't leave bad reviews often and like to give more opportunity to judge but I would not recommend this service. Picture of damage and cleaning standard.

   Always great service. They do a bi-week clean of our house and it's always left very clean every time. Always show up and we're accommodating when we needed to pause for a couple of months while we got some work done on the house. Can't really fault them!

   Fantastic! One off clean of my oven and it looks brand new! Fast communication, easy to book and friendly service. I would definitely recommend and use again, though hopefully with an oven this clean the up keep will be a doddle!

   I had left around £150 worth or stuff in a caravan at Craig Tara in June , I called as soon as I got home and a week later , they explained that they contacted cleaning services ( Dusting Donna Ltd ) and that nothing was left in the caravan which I couldn’t quite understand . I was advised to contact the police if I thought it was theft in which I did and lo and behold a few weeks later the police called me to say oh yes actually they do now remember the stuff but unfortunately they couldn’t carry it around the park so they left it outside in a bag and also forgot to have it picked up as it was a new member of staff but happened to be with a supervisor. I then contacted Craig Tara again after the police advised me to let them know it was being treated as low crime and Craig Tara said that no bag was left outside the caravan . I have since read another review similar online .

   Trying to arrange weekly cleaning since the new year (3weeks). Did not respond to emails unless I sent a second email to follow up. When they offered to come out to discuss cleaning contract they stopped replying to emails. Poor communication. Can not comment on cleaning as they failed to engage with new customer.
