I had a very bad experience with this company, it made me realise that it's a scam because they always change their statements on each occasion, when you phone them first time they will take all information from you then send you documents to sign in order to start the process and then they will forget about you and when you call them again just to know the status of your claim then they will give you fake promises and in the end you will be empty handed. They will get the money from third party on the behalf of your claim but they won't repair your car. I got stuck with them through my insurance company 'Acorn insurance' and I really regret. Please beware and try to stay away from them.

"I recently dealt with and was extremely disappointed with their service. Despite my repeated follow-ups, my issue remained unresolved for 2 weeks, causing unnecessary delays and stress. The lack of communication and inefficient handling of my case were appalling. It's unacceptable for an insurance company to take this long to address a customer's concerns. I urge others to think twice before choosing for their insurance needs. Until they improve their service, I would not recommend them to anyone."

Spoke too a woman called Cheryl, absolute joker! Sounded like she had her feet up at home sipping tea and couldn't be bothered. Didn't have a clue and had to keep repeating myself over and over again. In the end someone else dealt with my claim. This was after already after complaining about a young man named Luke and his attitude towards me. The repair company my car went to was called steer express in Birmingham, nothing express about this bunch of clowns, it took them 11 days to replace n/s front door, minor damage to n/s wing and rear door and spray the whole side of the car. Bit excessive i thought tbf for the damage. Car came back with lacquer overspray front/rear screens, see pictures, paint missing on door mirror cap and no soundproofing materials in the door and scratches of rubber and plastic trims. Sounds like shutting an empty tin can when i close the door. Yet 11 days car hire at 316 a day and cost of repair at 6777 seems fair to them mmm, cars only worth 6500. Cars got to go back for another 3 days which puts me out again! To summarise this firm and their cowboy associates, there scammers to make as much from a claim as earthly possible, they will tread on anyone or anything to achieve their goal. How sad and lesson learned from me, shame on them as its just about money.

What an absolutely awful company. Not responding to emails. Not getting back my uninsured losses. Totally useless staff. When I complained to them they didn't want to know. Avoid if you can. Also rude staff. If I could give no stars I would.

Extremely poor communication emails never get replied to. Spent days backwards and forwards through various companies as there's 2 middle men firms before I was assigned these . They closed my file after 4 days as they haven't got a suitable vehicle which they could've said from day one instead of me sending documents to 3 separate companies. Thanks for wasting my time

Avoid!!!.This company failed my case based on video which I provided. They told me that an accident was my fault .Clearly it wasn't I was 100 %sure and another company took my case without any doubts. I won my case anyway however I still have got in my mind how heavy stress I got to went through because of decision which they made .Was wrong !!!.They have no clue about highway code!Don't waste your time .

If you call them they transfer your call one to other person Yes they charge other company lot more money which is totally wrong I thinki I will ask my broker on my next renew I'm not going to use them if anything happens next Please think before start making any claim with them

Disappointed that I’ve only been contacted once in almost 3 months. My accident was at the end of October 2022. The only time to make contact was to give a really low estimate for a non-fault claim, which would have left me £3000 down and unable to continue to work. I am a taxi driver and getting back every penny I am owed as a non fault claim is essential. After explaining this I was told that I would hear back soon, but after almost 2 months I’ve heard nothing.

Fraud company I recommend that don’t give your case to them they are doing fraud with people. They gave me hire car. I didn’t sign any documents. They do fake signs and charge too much extra from insurance companies. And give nothing to their clients.
