   Worsr. I don't know how these types of business get license to do business while they don't know how to deal customers. Checking cheap car insurance quote and recieved a call back from sp broker with a cheap quote from trident, we agreed after 1 hour on a call, they asked too much info and did all checks. Then he forwarded me to another agent who again took all info before taking payments. After 2 hours spending on a call we finally have our insurance done and we paid full annual payment. So it's don't we've been told and ask us to send all doc. But before sending documents we received a call from broker saying we cancelled this insurance as trident not agree on this rate.....what??? Seriously??? Is this the way doing business. 2 hours on a call took all info , payment has been done and saying we are sorry..... They should be banned. And please if someone knows consumers rights please tell me I want to do legal actions against them as I rejected 3 other cheaper quotes because of them and when after that I got back to them they said your profile is locked we can't give you cheaper quote. So what's this

   If i could give this company 0 stars i would! I have never ever been treated so poorly. I had the complete displeasure to have a conversation with Robert Marshall. Completely unhelpful and rude! He used borderline racial slurs during our 'conversation' if you can call it a conversation when it was him screaming at me. I'm just appalled and shocked and very upset. Do not use them!

   Well it looks like if u have a taxi insurance with them and u get into an accident they will give u a regular car so basically u pay for nothing the extra charges
