    Booked an end of tenancy clean, which no documentation was provided for and my landlord couldn't verify if the property had been cleaned. I've since tried to work this out privately but it's been a month with no progress and barely any contact. Not to mention no invoice or cleaning documents. Edit: A refund was denied after this review was posted (after 3 prior weeks of silence). Adequately deal with this issue and I'll remove the review, if that's what's really important.

    Brilliant ! Booked them for an end of tenancy clean but we still had our belongings inside as we hadn’t moved yet and because of this they had to adjust to our specific needs and remembered all of it somehow. they done an incredible job in a speedy amount of time. Don’t know how they done it. Thank you girls.

    I have used Don Glasgow to clean my windows; when I received his offer to clean my home free for submitting a review I booked a window cleaning, a floor cleaning and a light fixture cleaning. I washed the light fixture globes. The windows were satisfactorily done; this is the promised review. Ireneslarson

    Never showed up. Don't book this company. Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Took a long time to get through in the phone when I tried to call, the same guy always picked up and was cagey with details. 20 minutes before they were supposed to get here I rang and he said they'd been told they weren't coming because of an 'NHS directive'. It was obviously a lie so I hung up. We were leaving the next day so struggled to find a cleaner in that amount of time. We never paid anything so I don't know why they lied the whole time but it put us in a very difficult situation. Do NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
