   Moved into an empty flat. Decided to have it cleaned before moving furniture in. Paid for a deep clean then discovered everything I wanted was an extra. eg kitchen clean, extra £40 to clean walls, extra £30 to clean the tiles on 2 of the walls, extra to clean inside the empty kitchen units, extra to clean oven etc, etc. Work was to a decent but not exceptional standard. Total clean for a 2 bedroom flat worked out at more than £200 per hour.

   This cleaning company is great. I've used them for a starter deep clean and ongoing regular cleans. Their customer service team is quick to respond and the cleaners are flexible to changing needs (as far as swapping a day when needed, etc). The 3 that come to the house are lovely, efficient, open to feedback and quickly remediate anything missed. My house is left looking and smelling lovely every time. I hope to continue using this company for many years to come.

   Poor experience today. I arranged a flat clean prior to new tenants moving in. The flat was I. A reasonable condition so not a hard clean. I had not negotiated windows so I arrived with my own equipment to do this, however on arrival the girls told me that they would also clean the windows, including the lower inside as my windows swing inwards. I did the upper part then left them to it. After I left they called to say they would not be able to do this work after all. I therefore came back to do this myself meaning I also had to further clean behind myself as I was now making a mess of otherwise cleaned areas. The girls finished much earlier than anticipated. I needed to clean all my window surrounds myself as these were not done. The girls insisted they had finished despite leaving woodwork I cleaned, and kitchen surfaces only partially wiped. I went over several areas after they left. The toilet and carpets were also less clean than anticipated. I will not be using sparkle sparkle for my next clean. Very unsatisfied.

   Avoid this company. I arranged Sparkle Sparkle to come out to deep clean an empty property, following the passing of a relative, in preparation for it being painted and going on the market. They charged £243 for a 3 bed semi. When I walked into the property following the so called deep clean, it genuinely did not look like it had been touched. I took many pictures documenting the mess left. Skirting boards were not touched, inside windows not cleaned, bathroom floors still dirty, cobwebs everywhere. I can't work out what the 3 cleaners actually did. It was a very straight forward clean, the house was pretty much empty., I sent photos to the company to complain and they said they would send cleaners back out, however because there was a painter organised for a few days after, they refused to come back to the property. They have since ignored my messages requesting a partial refund. I had to pay another company to come out and deep clean the place before it was put up for sale. I am taking this further. A dreadful company, avoid like the plague.

   We used Sparkle Sparkle for a deep clean + oven clean when leaving our flat. I could not recommend them enough! Such an easy process to book online, I had a query when booking and this was followed up promptly and then they completed my booking for me. On the day of the clean the team were on time, professional and went above and beyond. I was really happy with the end result and it was worth every penny! If you are thinking about booking, I can tell you that you won't regret it! We are now even thinking about booking in for regular cleaning of our new flat with Sparkle Sparkle because they did such an amazing job!

   Avoid! I am being forced to take this company to the small claims court because they did a substandard job after I paid them £272 for an after builder clean with carpet shampooing. They did indeed do the carpets and cleaned some of the house but didn't clean any floors, wall shelves, walls, doors/skirting. They left shelves in every room laden with dust and refused to refund part of the cost. I was reasonable and was willing to pay for 3 hours of their time for 2 cleaners and the carpets but they only insisted they would come back out. I couldn't give access to them to come back due to work/study and social commitments and they then tried to blame me for not allowing them to complete the job - saying they would come in in unsociable hours and when off duty (when I would be either sleeping or working in evening). I had to remind them that the job should have been done correctly on the day it was scheduled and it wasn't convenient for me to have them back in less than 5 weeks - which obviously isnt a timeframe where I am going to sit with an unclean house and not be forced to clean it myself. Moral of the story - if a company refuses to refund you and tries to cite consumer rights act at you, read the act as it says you are legally allowed to ask for refund. Any legitamite and law abiding company will offer refunds - so begs the question as to why this company will not. There are so many similar reviews on here that I am taking this as far as is legally necessary.

   I used Sparkle Sparkle when a tenant moved out and left a very dirty flat behind. The girls appeared dead in time, had a look round, explained what they were going to do and then got on with it. When they finished the flat was spotless and ready to reset. I am happy to recommend them with confidence that they will do a great job. R. Graham.

   I used Sparkle Sparkle for an end of tenancy deep clean. Booking was so easy and I received a confirmation text and email. The team let me know on the day when they were en route and they were lovely. The house was sparkling when they were finished. I would definitely use them again! Thanks again.

   I an dismayed at just how poor both the cleaning and the customer service has been. A 5 year old child could have done better. I ordered a Deep Clean for my sick elderly father's house while he was in hospital. At the end of the "clean" there were hanging cobwebs and thick dust (you could write in), splattered mirror over the fireplace, unwiped and unwashed woodwork and skirting boards, filthy window frames and window ledges, unwiped fireplace, thick stoor and dust on light fittings. Despite daily emails and phone calls to them asking for this to be remedied and giving them a chance to fix things thet have made no effort to do anything constructive. Over 230 quid. Biggest waste of money ever!
