Shower of cowboys - £1400 charged from these guys for 6 months of cleaning and taking the bins out in my building. The close is filthy and they’ve missed the last 2 bin collections and there’s bin bags everywhere.
This company were employed to clean the pavements adjacent to our property following the deposition of debris generated by Storm Floris. By cleaning this actually amounted to blowing the leaves, twigs, dust, rubbish, etc. into our patio. I therefore had to spend significant time sweeping up and bagging this material, something I suggest this company should have done.
CAS Cleaning Company has been a great partner in keeping our offices clean. Servicing almost 100 staff across three floors is no small task, but they deliver excellent results and complete all assigned tasks. A special mention to Karina and Willie—nothing is ever too much trouble for them.
Cleaners turned up on time with full kit. Had a clear idea of what was expected and paid for. Very courteous and mindful of the fact I had to trust them to lock up after me due to another appointment. I was very pleased with their work and would use them again without hesitation.
Abismal. Cleaner just left... We call him the flash. Cobwebs so bad the spiders have long gone, filthy banisters and window ledges. DD.. dead Danny, The close mascot he's been dead for nearly a year. Carpets still dirty. I can't understand why this company is used they must be super cheap as you get what you pay for....
Worked with this shambles of a company for 8 months couldn't run a bath management what management !!! They keep your bonus as well AVOID this company
They "clean" the close where I live. It's NEVER done properly. Very, very poor standards. If I had my way, I would use a different company. But thanks to my Factor, I have to put up with this crowd. Floors never brushed properly, door mats never moved to brush/wash underneath. Total disgrace. Do not use this company.
We are used to the abject poor level of cleaning from operatives of this company and cannot do anything about it as our factor uses them because they are cheap. However, last Sunday, 18th September 2022, they turned up and filled in the attendance chart to say they had cleaned. Problem is, we get cleaned on a Monday and UK had a funeral that day. Wouldn't trust this lot to clean a pet's cage.
Not only is the quality of their service poor but I have cctv footage of them removing removing items from my front door while I was in the middle of moving house.
This company is contracted to clean the common areas of my building. The standard of cleaning that they carry out on a weekly basis is extremely poor. Within their contract is a list of 10 requirements, of which we are lucky if two of the basics, vacuuming and mopping are completed to an acceptable standard. This week the carpeted stairs were not even vacuumed and the tiled floor which should be brushed and mopped was not brushed prior to mopping and therefore once the floor had dried it was still littered with debris. Banisters and window ledges are required to be dusted and cleaned however this is never done with a layer of dust present on both the banisters and the window ledges. The front door handle and brass fittings are required to be cleaned and polished, this is never done and have now become tarnished. The front door and side windows are required to be dusted, again this is never done and are coated in cob webs. The front door step is required to be brushed however this does not happen and instead is littered with leaves and cob webs. You get the idea. Despite the current pandemic, you would think that this company would provide a greater level of service to protect their customers however this is sadly not the case. Instead they are only interested in doing the bare minimum they can get away with. If you are considering using this company I would strongly advise against doing so.
