Charged me £40 for washing a double duvet and a double size mattress protector. No customer service at all. Man is ignorant. Took a week to do. I was desperately needing done so had no choice but even at that the man smirked as he knew he was overcharging.
Do not use. My new suit now has 2 sets of creases in the trousers and the buttons on the waistcoat are now faded grey instead of black. Ruined.
Very bad experience , definitely not recommend this place! I have brought 2 small jackets on a Monday , the guy told me to come on Saturday .Arriving Saturday he took him so long to find my jackets and told me he couldn’t wash them yet because the machine was broken and to come back on Tuesday . I come back on Tuesday and the guy only gave me 1 jacket , I had to ask for my second item , he checks and takes forever to inform me it is still in other place to be washed and to come the next day. At the end I got my jacket back but it took him 9 days for 2 small items . I will definitely not come back !
Paid £30 for a service wash, clothes weren't even washed properly, toddler clothes still had dried in chocolate etc. as if not even washed, and just put in the tumble drier! Also not folded, just thrown into a bag. So completely crushed and pretty much unwearable. Extremely disappointed and would not use again! Complete waste of money
Glasgow University U21 Football Club use Roya Press every week. We give them a full set of strips to be washed (sometimes they are really, really dirty). They are laundered within a few days for us to pick up. Top class laundrette and service from Saeed. Would highly recommend! 5*
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service to anyone. The owner and employees are courteous, prompt and carry out a great service. Their prices are marvellous compared to our local shops though the work they carry out is not compromised, they also collect and deliver at no extra cost. This business deserves to succeed and anyone who uses an ironing/dry cleaning service should do themselves a favour and give Roya Press a try.
