   I was very disappointed with my end-of-tenancy clean. The cleaners were friendly, but several areas were missed and had to be pointed out when we returned. Our rental company scored the clean as below standard. Clean Streak said they would come back to fix the issues, but they never did. We ended up cleaning the flat ourselves to make sure we didn’t lose our deposit. I complained to the company, and they offered a 10% refund of the £299 we paid. However, despite several follow-up messages, three months later I am still waiting for the payment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would avoid this company.

   AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Read 1 star reviews do not use. Booked end of tenancy deep clean paid for oven, and cooker hood. oven and hood were still dirty outside not cleaned at all told they had the cleaning tanks in vans to clean the oven properly they don’t. Floors still dirty, cleaner broke mirrored wardrobes and didn’t tell me found out from letting agent so thanks for that such a bad job not getting deposit back. General things that should be cleaned like skirting and windowsills weren’t done. Windows and glass all streaky and milky. Conservatory wasn’t been cleaned told 5 of them were to be there to clean but only one turned up drive by an hour later and she was still the only one there. Nice woman did good on certain things terrible in other paid £375 would never recommend read the 1 star reviews there’s more than enough and they deny all accountability. Phoned up told them what wasn’t done or done terribly and was told they’d come back the next week inhaler fed the keys back the day after the clean so they offered me a £20 refund which I didn’t even get. Avoid at all costs
