   MM inherited our policy when our chosen providers were bought out - we have given them three years and not a single one of those has been without some kind of really time consuming issue - from loosing our policies, loosing our payments and taking unauthorised amounts from our bank (we changed from DD to one payment and they kept taking the DD for 6 months afterwards). They are hard to get hold of, don't reply to 50% of the email communication and have atrocious record keeping. We will not be renewing with them this year.

   I had insurance with Morton Michael for a few years now . I caught up with them at childcare expo with a very warm hello, I asked them a question about my nanny insurance and if I needed to do anything, as promised they called me back on Monday morning with a reply and the follow up email . This is why they win awards and are no 1 childcare insurance company in the uk. Thank you, for your professional approach to insurance .

   Really not great. They have lost a payment made in 2020, then confirmed in writing that they found it, then kept sending us bills for the same amount for the next 2 years. They pass you from pillar to post and staff don't seem to stay very long, communicate with each other, or reply to emails. I am having to repeatedly send the same things to different people. I do not recommend.

   I have been using Morton and Michelle for the last 10 years to insure my nurseries. They are always competitive with their quotes and was excellent on the one occasion I had to make a claim. I have had very pleasant experience with their staff on the phone and especially recommend a lady called Joanna Iscru for her willing ness to go over and above to make it easy for the customer. Thank you.

   DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME !!! RUN Really disappointed by Morton michel. I contacted this company to subscribe to a childcare company insurance in January 2021. I had contact with someone who seemed nice. We exchanged a few emails to set up the right quote and contract depending on my company needs. From the 16 of February I do not have any news from my advisor. NO QUOTE NOTHING .... I called a few times, apparently the person in charge was on sick leave which is really sad and I understand but since 3 months I've called many times and nobody helped me. Someone called Steve promised me to take charge of my case twice asking me to send a recap email .... but I have never received any news ... I am really choked as I applied for an expensive quote including professional, business and clinic insurance ...apparently they are not qualified to provide insurance service ... I lost 4 months of research being put in pending each call I made! In addition I will stop recommending this company to my colleague as I pass this company link once a month at least for a while.

   Absolutely abysmal service. I have sent about 8-10 emails asking for a response as my business closed during lockdown. I only needed insurance for a month. They didn’t respond even once and have sent me a letter asking for the fee for the year! I called them to discuss the matter and got passed from call handler to call handler. The last person I spoke to said someone would call me back. Surprise surprise, no one called and I got hit with another letter asking for the fee and consequences if I didn’t pay. I am now going to have to get in touch with a solicitor to deal with them on my behalf as it is becoming too stressful. I have all the emails I sent as proof. Beware of this company!
