   I've cancelled my policy, and you charged me £180!!! It's a joke?! 50 for cancellation fee and 130 outstanding balance! What does that mean outstanding balance. I've paid every single month for my insurance, so how is it possible that you charge me 130 outstanding balance. In the past, I always paid a cancellation fee when I cancelled my policy. Your company must be a dodgy scam, but luckily, I got good tools to prevent people from buying your insurance. The worst company ever. Im glad im leaving, and I'll do everything to prevent people from getting your insurance

   Went onto the app to change registration of vehicle as had added private plates. This was updated by the company within 10 mins however after updating I realised I had put 2 of the letters the wrong way around. Went onto live chat and explained my mistake. The lady I chatted to Chloe was brilliant amended it there and then..panic over. Excellent customer service. This is the first time I have used this company for car insurance and it certainly won't be the last. A breath of fresh air in the car insurance world which is much needed. Keep up the good work

   Great Service. Quick and Helpful! I recently dealt with Emily over live chat at Performance Direct, and the experience was excellent. She assisted me with unlocking my account access following too many incorrect password attempts. Emily was most helpful and i gained access quickly to my policy.    Would not recommend. I accidentally put garage instead of private road which I accept is my fault. They then cancelled the policy and then said because I cancelled they would charge me £30. From reading other comments they have a habit of cancelling policy's and then charging for the cancellation.

   I’ve used this company a couple of times and can not recommend it, they are not easy to deal with. They are the only insurance company that wanted a photo of my garage which is just a faf, I cancelled my policy after 3 months and didn’t get any refund for the remaining 9 months, the hold times on the phone are ridiculous and the web chat is inactive. Based on that I can’t imagine they’d be in a massive hurry to pay out if I did claim.Pay a little bit more and insure elsewhere, you’ll save a lot of time/hassle.

   writing this review on behalf of my partner. he paid in full for a policy, only to have the policy cancelled and £100+ charged to his debit card without his knowledge. something that could've been easily resolved over the phone, but instead this company chose to steal the money from under his nose and not even reimburse the policy money. now he is out of pocket several hundred pounds after having to find a seperate insurance policy with a different company. absolute scam.
