Our group leader Feisal was exceptional, professional, very caring and reassuring. He constantly inqured whether we were alright from the start of the journey at the airport, during the jamarats,the ziyara until we left for our return journey. He was polite enough to say goodbye. The other brothers that were equally excellent were Zahin and Fahim(Zakariya) always smiling, ready to help with any inquiries, very informative with the ziyaras. This was updated by the company within 10 mins however after updating I realised I had put 2 of the letters the wrong way around. Went onto live chat and explained my mistake. The lady I chatted to Chloe was brilliant amended it there and then..panic over. Excellent customer service. This is the first time I have used this company for car insurance and it certainly won't be the last. A breath of fresh air in the car insurance world which is much needed. Keep up the good work”
