I was very impressed with Chloe. I had recently taken out a house insurance policy and was told I would have to request a hard copy through the post via the online app. I was having trouble finding out how to request a hard copy, but Chloe very kindly said she would sort it out for me. She quickly resolved my problem.

As my motor home has a few engine niggles it is of the road (and has been for a few months) until it gets fixed. I tried to pause the insurance but was told i had to cancel the policy instead (it was due for automatic renewal) So i had to cancel it instead which i would have preferred not to do, but cancelling it or keep paying while it was of the road were the only two options available, so as Chloe suggested, i cancelled it, but will definitely be using this company to renew it when the weather improves and the van gets sorted. I have had no issues with this company.

Avoid this company! They need to be reported to the ombudsman! I'll be sending in my own report. Absolute fraudulent robbers! Cancelled my motorhome insurance after I had it for 6 months. Unplanned house move forced sale! Knew I had to pay the £55 fee, which is fine I expected that. Went online, did the cancellation form and I sent an email (which I have proof) explaining my reasons for cancelling. I didn't hear back from them at all! Wondering what was going on to find out they have taken £117.00 from my bank! Went on the website account to find they had sent a letter. Not an email to my address or an physical letter just a letter sitting in my online account with no notification. Saying there would be a late fee for cancelling and I had an outstanding balance!!?? Have sent 4 emails to them to resolve this and I've just been ignored. I'm losing my home, my buisness and I just didn't need it! I will call them, but from other reviews looks like they will lie through their teeth!

Had absolutely fantastic service from Grove and Dean, the app works, unlike other places, the staff are always helpful, another bonus, you actually get to speak to a human! The only reason I changed was down to price, other than that, I wouldn't hesitate using these guys again, so easy to set up your policy. And finally, the refund was quick and efficient, sent a cheque out due to the original payment nolonger existing, other places insist on sending back to your original payment, regardless, which is completely stupid!

Great price but when it comes to actually making a claim it's a nightmare. I've tried to make 2 claims while with them and each time they've sent an engineer out to what I feel is to find a Reason not to carry out repair. On my last call with them it appeared their engineer lied and said they fixed the problem however when the engineer arrived he didn't try to repair anything, just looked at it and said the mechanism on the door was too old or something like that and that's why it's not working. I asked for an email confirmation of this but didn't get this. So with all the above I'll be definitely not be renewing with this company

Extremely bad experience with this Firm, advise to keep away from them! Offer the lowest quote on Comparethemarket, but in fact it is only a broker and turns out the quote offered cannot be accepted by the actual insurer days later after the initial acceptance. Offered me an alternative quote more than £2,000 effectively forcing me to cancel the policy and incurred cancellation charge of £85 and I have to effectively accept high premium because the policy needs to start straightaway. This is effectively a scam to lure customers in with low price and screw them later on. I am going to the FCA to report.

Be careful. Ask a lot of questions before purchasing - because in my opinion, there are significant cancellation Ts & Cs which aren't discussed prior to purchase - and had I known about, I wouldn't have purchased the policy. I cancelled my 6 month old policy expecting to get a rebate for the remaining 6 months of my policy and was told no. After 4 months (120 days) of your policy inception, you get no refund if you cancel. When I suggested to the agent that I think customers should be advised of this before purchase so they are not left bitterly disappointed, he replied that they are not obliged to. It's also worth a look at their various 'cancellation and changes charges' - I have never come across anything like it - even if you decide to cancel within 14 days of your policy you've to pay £55. Additionally, this is probably the 3rd time I have come away from a phone call with this company feeling completely dissatisfied by the way I was spoken to. Their agents (who all sound like the same young man) just don't care. I would not recommend this company.

Great at the start and easy to apply; however use a company called Premium Credit for payments. If you cancel half way through and sell your vehicle you are still liable for the whole year plus a cancellation fee. I appreciate they say it’s in the terms of agreement with Premium Credit and sent in a wordy email, but morally them knowing this at the outset and not saying to us is wrong. Could’ve saved £50 a let the policy run out. Oh if I didn’t make the payment in 7 days I will owe a further £50….. shall not use again, clearly their commission is worth more than customer relations and the final line of the letter saying “we value your custom and wish you well!” … mmmmmm Gave 1 star as it was easy to set up
