   My company have used these folks for several years for cleaning our office and they were ok. We are moving office and decided to change supplier. I advised them of our intention and asked how much notice they wanted before we cancelled the contract. Next thing, they just stopped sending a cleaner. Phone calls were deflected with "someone will call you back" and that never happened. When we phoned from our company phone number it would ring out. So we tried calling from a mobile and the call was answered straight away, so they were clearly deliberately ignoring us. This is the height of unprofessionalism. If you lose a contract, you see it out in a professional manner, you don't throw your toys out of the pram.

   Shocking company, I will never work for abm again in security, they are deluded and area managers haven't a clue.. All I can recommend if you see this company advertising bypass the job.. Abm is all full of promises and never happens, I worked for them, these bunch has paid off staff and lost a lot of staff as well. I got out and found better opportunity now.. Good luck if you work for abm..
