   In initial consultation after reviewing my payslips Arifa told me I am not eligible for the amount of mortgage. On the same day I consult MORTGAGEKEY brokers now I own the flat. Stay away from them most of the positive reviews are from their own colleagues and friends circle.

   I highly recommend Crayon Financial Services- Arifa Nazir in particular has been amazing and professional. She managed to secure us a mortgage deal in difficult circumstances. She has always kept us informed and up to date, never had an issue getting to speak to her. She gathered all the information our lender would require during the application process right from the beginning only which helped us being quick and responsive through out the application process.    We are grateful for the service provided by Manooch Suree from Crayon Financial Services who was able to secure a mortgage for us in less than a week despite having a complicated case. He was very responsive and easy to approach. He kept us informed throughout the process and gave excellent advice. He understood our needs and provided the best service we could have hoped for and we will definitely use his services in the future. It was far quicker and easier to go through Manooch than approach each high street bank individually for getting a mortgage in principle and completing an application.
