I don't even give my number to this company and they called me 12 times in a space of 9 hours completely outrageous and borderline harassment. even when I said I wasn't interested, he wont let me say NO. Had to block the number to stop them calling. Avoid!!!
Constant harassment. I've cancelled my health insurance with wpa themselves as usay have been very unhelpful. Trying to convince me to use other insurers and calling me multiple times. Its getting boring now. I've said I'm not interested. If I get any more phone calls from them I'll be reporting it to the necessary people for harassment.
Extremely rude and weird behaviour. Harassing and trying to intimidate the customer. Scamming stalkers and a trap. I didn’t even put my details on USAY website, it was which insurer and somehow USAY called and were extremely pushy, outrageous, incompetent and nonsensical. Steve Wraight was abhorrent. I will be REPORTING to the POLICE, INFORMATION COMMISSIONER’S OFFICE , ACTION FRAUD and TRADING STANDARDS, if they reply to this review or try to contact me again. I FEEL HIGHLY UNSAFE now that they have my details, I wish I never interacted with them in the first place. This doesn’t happen with other medical insurance comparison companies. They should be shut down for public safety. I WILL REPORT TO National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC)
Disappointing Experience with Misleading Policy Information and Unresponsive Customer Service I regret my decision to trust this company with my insurance needs. The policy I purchased did not live up to its advertised promises, as critical details were misleadingly presented. When I attempted to resolve the issue, I encountered significant difficulties in reaching customer support. With no direct email contact available and unfulfilled promises of a callback within five days, my concerns remain unaddressed. Based on this experience, I would advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before engaging with this company.
stay away they nice first but then they just liers. i was dealing with a name called Mark I. he promised me £150 reward for each friend I refer. i did and after they got my commission on their part they refused to pay me as i cancelled my own private insurance. the deal was to refer a friend for reward i have the email as well! and it has nothing to do with my insurance. now i’m turning to citizen advice and ombudsman i have all the email from this agent what he clearly promised. i got them more business they taking money for it ….. upsetting
Unfortunately I had to deal with a renewal call from Lloyd who misinformed me about my policy, indirectly insulted me and I never received an apology from him but a grovelling call from a manager. All not acceptable when the renewal should be automatic!!
I don't recommend this company took out private insurance with AVIVA. When I tried to book on their app to see a private doctor was told had no appointments for 4-5 days, then told to use the NHS. Had to visit the hospital as l’d an uriny tract infection which was very painful. What's the points paying nearly £1400 per year, and when you're unwell they don't want to help you, because they don't have enough doctors. When I cancelled the policy, someone from your firm rang me but I missed the call. When I phoned back spoke to a guy who wasn't very friendly, and when I tried to explain that I'd already cancelled the policy after phoning AVIVA. He was talking over me all the time trying to make me keep the policy, but when l told him it was very rude talking over a customer, then he did a sackable offence he then put the phone down on me. I then phoned your company to make a complaint about the sales person behaviour, but never heard anything back by phone or any letter!
I was very satisfied with my advisor Thomas C. He was extremely patient with my questions and demonstrated a genuine willingness to provide assistance on finding the right product for my needs. I have thus happily subscribed to a life insurance policy that had a lower price point than what had previously been offered to me by a previous company, and for a higher paying amount for my beneficiary, so I couldn't be more satisfied. Plus, I have really enjoyed the truly personalised service! The customer service really was of high quality. Thanks Thom!
