I took out a policy with this company, after carefully going through all the questions with them thoroughly on the phone.Anyway documents came through and they had filled in wrong some of the answers so i contacted them straightway, they eventually came back to me to say unfortunately the insurers say this means the policy has to go up by £900!Needless to say, I immediately cancelled the policy! The only reason for one star was the ladies i dealt with from jd travel were helpful and apologetic. Very disappointed and stressuful when it didnt need to be.
Originally found them in 2015 when I needed travel Insurance whilst in remission from bowel and liver cancer. After having prices from the holiday company and a couple of independents the way JD dealt with the insurance and the price was brilliant. Only needed to use them 3 times but wouldn't go anywhere else. Dealt with Jasmine... helpful, pleasant accurate and knowledgeable. Can't ask for more!!
10/10 customer service, 10/10 public liability quotation. I really felt at ease when I contacted JD Insurance. They were so helpful and got my art installation public liability coverage when many other insurance agency had failed. John Doyle is a very pleasant man to deal with.
