   This "company" is a scam. I payed £80+ for the first month of international health insurance and never recieved my policy documents nor a confirmation email. The login portal doesn't work, none of their phone numbers work and I went to their London office in person and I was turned away by security and got told the office is empty. I am writing this to inform everyone so they don't make the same mistake as I did. 0 stars.

   Someone just called me out of nowhere, without any request from myself. He just had the audacity to tell me I won't find any international insurance that offers maternity cover as well on a quite "confident tone" and put the phone down on me. Uhm, hello..? Why are you working there? If you don't have any knowledge in this field you won't sell insurance my friend, so don't spit your frustration on me. Perhaps have a look at your competitors' websites and next call you disturb someone else explain that your company doesn't have what they need but don't make a fool out of yourself believing they won't find.

   Just rubbish - by far the worst health insurance You can get ... pay peanuts - they reject almost every claim without any reason/ it's a nightmare to claim You spent health expenses back - so, if You can: steer clear from AETNA insurance company - otherwise You will regret pretty soon !

   My company switched the insurance company into an Aetna international one and not only me but I speak for the rest of my colleagues at work we are very dissatisfied. Every time I make a claim is rejected with no further explanation. So I have to take my time to call every time to find out the reason why. Sometimes I have to submit the claim twice or three times because they kept changing their mind on the information I needed to enter. I just told my company I would like to switch back to Aviva which it has a way better service and always payed the claims with no problems. Please stay away from Aetna insurance company.
