Policy was a nightmare from start to finish, set up in an incorrect name, despite repeated requests to change basic details emails went ignored. Quick to blame everyone but themselves, I pay a broker to provide accuracy and efficiency. I’ve taken my business elsewhere a costly and time consuming decision and I do not recommend this business from my experience unless you want a headache.
