   I have been a boots customer for the last 23 years. The previous week I bought a foundation that was recommended by sales assistant. I told her I was not convinced and might have to return it and I would double check with the sample she gave me. As I thought the colour didn't suit me. So I went on 2nd December back to glasgow fort store to return. I was treated very badly by Donna the manger on at the time. I explained i didn't even open the box. I She was treating me as if I was committing a crime and started discussing with other staff members to the point I was feeling very uncomfortable. She eventually returned the item and when I asked for my original receipt. She claimed she had given me it back and denied she had it. This person is and embarrassment to boots is highly unprofessional.

   Most of the time I feel a lot of the staff are quite unhelpful. Today 8/11/25 around 12pm a young lady who was working on the self service helped me find the correct products for a bath to help with my childs chickenpox. For the first time in the store it felt like it wasn’t a hassle to the staff to help. Forgot to get her name. But well played & she should be recognised for just being a nice person & great member of staff

   Today I purchased the flex style 5 in 1, I was unsure on this product and Taylor the sales rep was able to talk me through the product, Taylor was really helpful with answering any questions I had, my experience was made very easy as I got the help I required on the product.

   Pharmacy staff are excellent and the area is well laid out. There's an optician in the store along with a great range of baby items. There's a large range of health, wellbeing and beauty products. The staff at the cosmetics and fragrance counters are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled.

   Lyndsey at the YSL/Giorgio Armani counter was so lovely and professional, she helped shade match my mum and provided an excellent service with a lot of product knowledge (but without the pushiness to sell!). She even walked us over to another brand for their colour corrector when my mum mentioned something in passing about this which I thought was just so considerate. After taking some foundation samples home to try we will definitely be back in to hopefully purchase a full size bottle and hope to see her again x

   Shopped at the NO7 counter on 17/02/2028 and MIA on the counter was really great! She was extremely knowledgeable and passed on some great tips on skin care and I felt like she sold me a great selection of skin care products without overloading me too much. Her manner was fantastic, and you can really see how friendly she is with the team around her too, even on the Benefit counter next to her, she is a credit to Boots.

   Not one for writing reviews but really felt this shop deserved it . Travelled through from Edinburgh yesterday with my daughter and what can I say ! Wow the staff in this shop were absolutely amazing ! Never experienced such friendly and genuine shop staff before . The girl on the Dior counter was so lovely (Even got to c pictures of her German shepherds ) Will definitely be back !!

   This is one of the best Boots stores in the city. Open, bright and well laid out. The range of concessions is impressive - MAC, Fenty, Too Faced, Benefit, Chanel, Clarins…everything. It’s usually very tidy and well stocked. The staff in the pharmacy are also very helpful if you’re looking for something specific.
