   Was in on Thursday around 12.30pm, the staff member who served me was so helpful and obliging. The staff member also directed me to an alternative supplement than the one I was looking for, as the one I was looking for wasn't there. Excellent customer service

   I've always had such a positive experience in this store , all of the team are so lovely, insightful and have so much knowledge. It's a pleasure visiting and I always feel really listened to and hopeful, with lots of great tips upon leaving, which can't be said for visiting the GPs these days. Mother nature has an answer to everything! I wish I knew this years ago!

   Went in today hoping to buy charcoal tablets happy was buy one get one half price , 2 members of staff on one just announced to the other she going lunch think was her mum that had arrived and going to next door cafe , other member off staff at back of shop happily chatting away to either her friend or neighbour deep in conversation I could easily have walked put store with what I wanted to purchase but left them on counter and left

   Shop supposed to open at 9 , assistant shows up at 9 goes inside and disappears for 5 minutes finally opens the shop and then can't sell me anything because he can't get the tills to work .

   On New Year's Eve 2014, I hurriedly shopped in your Cumbernauld store, and then rushed off to do some last minute shopping I was in the nearby Tesco when I was shocked to find out I'd lost my wallet, with all the money I had for my Hogmanay celebrations ---- aaargh! I quickly retraced my route, already resigned to the fact that my wallet was gone, and arrived at your store to find it closed - but as I looked through the window I was stunned to see my wallet, still sitting on the counter where I'd left it I knocked on the door and the shop's manageress, Yvonne ( I think ?), opened the door and handed it to me with a big smile I could've kissed her!! As I was in a helluva rush, and the store was closed, i never fully expressed my thanx at that time It took a week or so before I managed to get back in and thank her properly, and she initially refused the box of chocolates and card I gave her, and was so abashed and so nice about not needing thanx Once more, thanx Yvonne - you stopped what would've been a horrible start to the New Year x Stu
