“Booked all 4 new tyres for my Jeep Renegade via black circles (1st time) in April and 1st time at Cooper Brothers. Slight mix up with timeslot but situation recovered promptly and new booking slot confirmed. (No big deal) Very friendly, professional, efficient staff member, it was almost Hypnotic watching all 4 come off, get each tyre removed in sequence, swapped out and reloaded. Whether I use black circles or not, I'd definitely be back to Cooper Brothers. Great job!”

“After really poor service at the falkirk store I decided to go to the cumbernauld store. The difference was huge. First time a young woman helped me mix paint samples and was so friendly and helpful. Then again today I went back to get paint mixed and the man who helped was friendly and helpful. Sold by this, we progressed a step further and signed up for a new kitchen. We had other companies in the loop but DM Design ticked all the boxes, therefore we went along with using the company. We had a further visit from Graham MacBroom (designer) who gave us a virtual reality image of our new kitchen. We are delighted with this company's service, so far. We have spent the last 2 days decluttering the kitchen and expect the kitchen team to arrive tomorrow. We will report on our experience when the job is completed.
