They can often look at prices you may have seen online and will go the extra mile to help find your holiday at the best price available. Often the staff have been to been to the resort or on the cruise ship you are thinking about and can give personal feedback of their experience. The other benefit of booking in store is if anything unforeseeable happens and you need to change your holiday for any reason, you have the benefit of being able to talk to someone directly who will look at all possible options to help resolve any issues.
