Sat on this for 24 hours wondering if i should post. Asked a lady at cigarette/ power counter what's the most i can put on an electric key at the one time? Anyone would say just let me have a look for you but with a condescending tone said it'll tell you! I said what will tell me? She said it'll tell you when I put it in. I turned round to people behind me and said customer service for you then she refused to serve me. I asked for a manager and they sent someone masquerading as a team leader who said there was witnesses. I told her they should take a leaf out of the staff at Tesco's as 99% are helpful. May i add the 2 guys on security were complete gentleman even though sometimes they get a bad press. I wouldn't set foot in the place again but unfortunately for me ive put £300 onto a card for Xmas but after that that'll be it i will take my shopping and business elsewhere. I left to go to the post office in the old part of the town centre and they were so courteous and helpful

A bit desolate, and hard to find things. So uninspiring, youre unlikely to buy more than you actually intended to. Most things I tend to get are more expensive here than Tesco by a good 10% at least. One or two nice and helpful staff but most just ignore you or act like you shouldn't be there as if will help them get home faster. Plus side? I thought the store music was nice. I dont know why I keep going back there, morbid curiosity i suppose, its never going to be anything more than it always has been, an upmarket Farmfoods.

This ASDA is like a prison you can't leave once entered then when you want to leave you need to scan receipt. All this technology like facial ID and handheld scanners, yet if I use the handheld scanners to buy a £6 steak. ALERT ALERT ALERT, Criminal leaving the store. All scanners go off. It's a hassle as you can buy the steaks but you need to then tell someone to remove the tag or be frisked up for buying a steak. What's more bizarre is the £12 olive oil is fine. But BIG DEAL if you try buying a £6 steak without telling a worker. Pathetic...

The one star is only for one helpful member of staff with returning a parcel. Walking into this Asda, I can’t work it out. I wanted to buy something, but could work out how to get into the store past the parcel section, due to all the gates closing everything off. It was quite obvious what I was looking to do but staff didn’t help. I would have bought something had I managed to get into the actual store section. Terrible terrible set up! Infuriating to the point I wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t bother entering another Asda store with a set up like this. Really poor

Last month I purchased chilled fruit juice and it was one month out of date! It seems to be a regular theme with this shop as I have had a look multiple times since last month and a ridiculous amount of the juices are out of date not only by a few days but weeks. Clearly no staff take attention to this.

How can they justify all these sale rails the fashion is horrible now and I think we can see this Asda do something about this fashion designs are old fashioned

make sure you look at dates of their milk as there was yeo valley milk in their fridge aisle yesterday that expired with a use by date over 2 weeks earlier not sure how that can even happen ? glad I check the dates lol

Staff were very rude, took my basket of items to self scanners and was promptly told to move on as these are for trolleys despite only one person using them. Staff member picked up my basket and headed off with it. Went to get her name, Doreen, was told to go fu*&^%g run and jump. How rude Doreen, how rude, and to a customer that didn`t even raise a voice or be rude back. You and your sidekick are a huge disappointment to Asda, on reflection you must be proud. Its no wonder women`s rights are being eroded in Scotland, lets face it, who would want to be sticking up for you?

Staff are really rude. Constantly dodging loading baskets so items can be hard to get to. Self scan area always think your trying to steal from them aswell. Had it a few times and seen other people harassed aswell.
