“5 stars for this garage, they help me out when I needed, definitely will use them in the future. Thanks!”
“This station accept card , and cash payment too as it has a tesco shop where you can pay for fuel and also buy essentials Good for machine car wash and also to inflate your tyres. Rutherglen M74 junction is very close to it too.”
“It's a Tesco fuel station, no toilets but the main Tesco is a short walk away where there are toilets”
“This garage was recommended to me by a friend. They fitted a door latch to my Golf Mk4 in jip time when other garages didn't want to know and at an excellent price. Clearly a very competent and trustworthy business. I would highly recommend. I will definitely be using them again. GM.”
“The work done is always top quality. The price is always reasonable and I've never had an issue. However today getting a new tyre replaced as I ran over a bolt. I was waiting for my tyre to get replaced and went outside instead of the normal waiting area. I seen the mechanic looking in my glovebox box for my wheelkey. There was old pictures of my grandmother in there and I seen him show them to other workers and was laughing. I found this really inappropriate.”
“Took my car in for a service and some other bits and bobs to be fixed and they done a grand job, great customer service and the car feels brand new”
“Very helpful staff and great customer service.”
“Same as a Tesco but the staff are very nice and polite”
“Good value for money , great stuff members, five stars”
“Booked my car for a MOT and service and got me in sharpish... held my car for me until the next morning since i work nightshift and asked if they could and they did so without any problems at all. Car came back to me with the driver seat wrapped in a protective covering... great service all around and it was all provided for a great price. 5/5 will be coming back from now on.”
“Stuart, a young man who helped me at the self service checkouts a good few wks ago, was the most helpful and friendly young man I have ever came across in Asda Bearsden. He is a credit to the Asda staff and their brilliant customer service”
“I had the best help this morning when collecting my order especially from Margaret, Kate and Joe. These three staff members went out of their way to help me as I had been given a time of 7.30-8 am to collect, Margaret patiently guided me to customer services. Kate called Joe to get my order and he willingly went to collect it for me. Margaret offered to get me another trolley as the one I had was a bit stiff and veering to the side. Kate kept me company and made me feel better about seemingly coming to collect too early and Joe brought my order to me with no issues, even though the first collection should be 9am. The time I had on my email was as stated earlier. I feel I haven't really explained myself well in this statement, but I can't thank them enough and I know some people would say "they are just doing their job" but it was more than that to me, they helped me and were patient and I am so grateful. They need to be told that they are a credit to the store. Thank you Margaret, Kate and Joe I am so thankful for your help. Anne Marie Taylor”
“I had an issue with a purchase today and I came back to the store with no receipt and a bit nervous about how I’d be received. The customer service team were amazing - helpful, understanding AND they solved my problem. Thank you, Asda Bishopbriggs. You are the best!”
“My local but bring back the £3 meal deal”
“Got what I wanted, smaller range than a larger store would have but it’s very handy in a bind”
“Plenty of spaces and very big superstore well worth a visit”
“Amazing staff. I did a click and collect. Was waiting at my car and a young man walked passed in an Asda uniform with food in his arms and asked if we were waiting for click or collect. I said yes. The young man explained that as he was on his break there would be nobody to bring out my shopping. He then pit his food in his car and went in and got our shopping and took his lunch after he did it. Asda should be really proud of their staff, I just wish I had gotten his name.”
