   Was in store and noticed cherries out of date.Then as got to fridge at sandwiches the floor was dangerously wet, had a sign which I walked into, but water was across a wide area, told floor people who said nothing could be done.Then noticed two loafs of bread on floor beyond fridge and pointed that out to same individuals.The bread now contaminated was put straight back on shelf.I said "what about hygiene" to which reply "do you want me to bin it" to which I ignored.

   Just popped in for a quick fuel stop, after a stressful shift at work, only to be greeted to a very ignorant cashier (young boy, ginger hair). I was the only one in the cue, waiting to be served but he was too busy chatting with his co-worker beside him. He eventually turned to me & said in a VERY sarcastic tone, “did we take too long to serve you?”… I just looked at him puzzled & said to myself, did he really just say that? Not wishing the worst for the boy but a major attitude change needs to come soon. Trust me, I’ve been in the customer service game for years now so I know good service when I see it.

   Tesco Express shops are neighbourhood convenience shops of this locality. it's almost stocked with products such as sweets, crisps, chocolate, biscuits, fizzy drinks, and processed food , dairy alongside everyday essentials. It accommodates on Esso petrol station. Grab something you want now!

   It's alright this tescos. It has a petrol station, so it's not really a big store. It's alright to get the shopping that you need.

   Life changing experience. Honestly best shop I've been to. If i could give more than 5 stars I definetley would. Only annoying thing is that the meal deals went up by 50p. Way better than magic grill or anything, at least here they don't wash their feet in the sink.

   I use this tesco knowing it has a washroom in it,as a diabetic person we do not know when an emergency is needed meaning using of the loo,I have noticed the toilets have been out of order for many weeks,It will be nice if the management can get this fixed it will be greatly appreciated not only by myself,by others who are in the same situation

   Staff are great! Like a previous post said, they are often short staffed and anyone with eyes can see the pressure they're under in such a busy station. As a local my dissatisfaction is with the store's choice of products. I know it's just an Express but theres so much room for improvement. In particular, TWELVE kinds of butter were on display but not one dairy free option for allergy sufferers or vegans (west end is a vegan hub.) They would be better to store these items that the smaller stores in the area would not stock for a competitive advantage. Edit: changed my rating as the alternative options have massively expanded. Very impressed with the changes and service has continued to be excellent. Best store in the area.
