   This SL used to be fine, but recent reviews reflect all the issues - clearly something has gone wrong with the management of this place. Unclean, empty shelves, and staff who seem to actively go out of their way to ignore customers. Staff are preoccupied with talking to each other on their radios and regularly swear openly in front of customers. The sound on the self checkouts is regularly turned down/off and, more worryingly, at one point I experienced the age limit check being turned off when purchasing alcohol. I try to avoid as much as I can.

   Only reason I left 2stars was the manager was extremely helpful after being left waiting while some mouthy employee stated I was being cheeky as she constantly talked over the counter to her pal then couldn’t do her job so I asked another checkout assistant for help. Said employee stormed off in a huff saying she couldn’t deal with me if “I’m” going to be cheeky and the manager sorted the payment situation in a minute! Won’t be back after years of using this shop!

   My local sainsburys I love it and all but I'm pretty sure I've been racially profiled by the employees several times, been suspected of stealing quite often even tho I go there every day almost so that's fun

   The absolute pits. Rude, obnoxious staff. Swearing at each other openly in front of customers, leaving trolleys in front of the shelves whilst they stack the shelves. Constantly gabbing away to each other about personal matters on their radios. Completely unprofessional, unhelpful and generally unpleasant. The outside of the shop is a complete midden, strewn with litter. The inside isn’t much better. And to top it off, the usual rip-off pricing you get in neighbourhood supermarkets. I would rather walk 30mins to Waitrose and back for a far better experience and cheaper prices .

   The staff spend way too much time chatting with people. You are waiting for an unnecessary and ridiculous amount of time for the self checkout authorizations. It's really annoying, literally 7 mins and counting because they are gabbing with locals. Customers have to go and find and prompt the staff to come over. Why are the self checkouts notification noises silenced?

   Was refused entry unless I joined queue behind about 20 schoolkids for health and safety reasons. Staff member was rude in making me aware of this. I live a stonesthrow away and am a regular customer but after this I won't be back.

1. Get This ★☆☆☆☆

   Horrible rainy night in Glasgow, just went in to get a pizza, and then went to the fridges nearer the door to see what else i might like for my dinner but tall guy working there being totally weird and getting in my way every time i moved a step in any direction. Was super hungry but just ended up paying for the pizza to get away from him. He has served me before and he's not friendly or helpful, he honestly puts me off going in to this shop.

   It's overpriced and somewhat pretentious. If the self service tills have a problem then expect a wait. It generally has a fair few things you need in a local store but seriously some of the prices are worse than a Spar or Londis.

   Some of the staff missed the ‘how to smile in the morning’ induction course. Stuart however is charming. Stock ok but always looks slightly ransacked by 5pm!

   Far and away the worst Sainsbury's Local I have the displeasure to visit. Members of staff always act like serving customers is an inconvenience to their working day. Staff often aren't wearing masks properly and become rude when this is politely pointed out. Taller, older, male staff member behind the tills never says "hello", "thank you", or "goodbye" when serving. Scales on self-service tills are always inaccurate so that staff have to then sign-in every 3 items to allow items to be scanned. Would rather go out of my way to another branch further afield than have to shop here.
