Never open on time. Waited till 6.30am (supposed to be open 6am???) Gave up and left ...no breakfast or lunch for me!! Not the first time from this shop either. Coffee machine gets put on to clean after doors are open...why not before so paying customers can get on with their day. Poorly run store! Used to come in often, going to avoid now.

This shop has the most amazing staff, everyone from early morning right through till evening are super efficient & very welcoming, had a great experience with Ornalla today, this Lady went above & beyond to help with my query. Security man is such a lovely person & very welcoming. Thank you very much.
Good wee shop for popping out if you need something. Staff are typically very nice, however one staff member (a lady with short hair) is rather unpleasant and has zero customer service skills.
Tesco product harmed my health, thanks good it wasn't my child. The international investigation is ongoing for over a year now and they are not updating me at all. AVOID TESCO FOOD PRODUCTS !!!
Staff in here are always helpful but the security guard with the beard is extra sweet, and aware of his surroundings at all times.
This shop is like a second home. Did a wonderful job through the pandemic. Always served promptly and staff friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the staff there.
