This location is quite convenient for purchasing groceries. However, I was disappointed to find out that the nearby bus station doesn't offer any HALAL meat or chicken for sale. It's quite frustrating and upsetting to have limited options for purchasing food that meets my dietary requirements.
great layout, bit small but everything is laid out in a very intuitive manner. Lots of self checkout which makes things easy!
This Tesco is exactly the same as all the other tescos. Exactly what I expected. I don't like change
Staff are always friendly and helpful in all the tesco shops I've used but unfortunately these tesco xpress shops have very little choice and the options they do have are really poor options. Very often there are no basics, like milk, pastas, soup etc. Overall they're pretty rubbish!
Limited selection of soft drinks. Made worse by an abysmally poor layout.
Customer services is a joke, you phone the central number that they provide (no direct number given for a store), and it just tings out, no queue, no number in line, just rings out for about three minutes the cuts off... trying to contact a specific store as my autistic son left his credit card there...no help or customer service at all.
Nice availability & products. Staff could be nicer, prices cheaper though.
