i saw a kid just alone fell into a shelf terrible and i didn’t get a picture but a poor lassie was sitting cleaning it all up i just think u should be more careful with security and watching kids go in and recking stuff and making stuff a riot so it all needs fixed.

Had the most entertaining visit to St Enoch's on Thursday morning around 8.30am to hear staff having a full on cat fight and name calling session with each other! Work relations very poor making most customers red faced and leaving the store promptly, completely appalling behaviour using foul language in front of children will not be back!

The reason for the 2 stars review is that there are no wheeled baskets in Tesco stores across Glasgow city centre, including this one. You have to carry your shopping in a hand basket, and if you buy, say, 1 kg potatoes and 1 l of milk, it's already heavy to carry throughout the store. I mean, we are in the 21st century, all the other food stores in the area (Sainsbury's, M&S, Aldi) have wheeled baskets, but not Tesco stores. Come on, guys, can't you adapt? Do we have to carry our shoppings like donkeys?

They close the front doors after a certain hour for god knows what reason so you have to go around the tills Terribly stocked with some items missing discounted sections make no sense ive seen an opened pack of water bottles on reduced to clear with the bottles costing more per item than in the undamaged product . Meal deal options are boring everything has mayo or fish. The bakery items are steeply priced. Honestly go to the lidl its a 2 min walk away.

Lack of cash self service. Usually no tills on apart from the cigarette one. Totally alienating older customers where cash is their choice. Tesco must be losing some much money against Lidl and aldi
