The large blonde woman is incredibly loud and hostile. Some customer focused training here required Sainsburies.
Popped in for a couple of things. Walked by at least 3 staff members and not one said hi. Finally found a friendly girl to ask a question.
Always check the use by dates in here. Several times the yoghurts and milkshakes I've looked at on the shelves have been a few days out of date!!!
Atm is not working reported it to store says nothing to do with them. Ask 2 speak with manager got told 2 stop shouting. Told em who is shouting you or outside. Another person who use the machine comping of it. The so called security is clueless. When ask fir a manager. They don't have any. Ina frid nyt at 7 pm. No card. Totalt pathetic WILL NEVER BE BACK
Got ID'd as a 30 year old on my lunch break and was refused a can of red bull as I didn't have my drivers licence on me. Bit of common sense as I definitely don't look 15 or under!

I was in buying some ben and jerrys ice cream and the cashier that served me was sssooooo polite. I didn't check his name tag but he wears glasses and has a slight beard. His voice was really soft too, I wish he could read me bedtime stories :)
Good location and reasonably tidy. Wish they'd had as good a range of gluten free options as other Sainsbury's this size often do.
Just your average city shop. Good service.
