   Returning stuff via Evri and staff have no idea what they're doing with it and are rude. Don't over the service if you aren't going to train your staff

   Its embarasing to say there were 2 staff members who were stocking up, and one was smelling of bad body odor ie bo..it was unbearable and it was nt just me. Other customers smeltbit aswell. . Please give your staff deodrant and tell them about hygiene.

   I used the Evri parcelshop machine, but it didn't print out the label correctly. I asked a member of staff for help, and she ASSURED me that if I re-did the process, the machine wouldn't charge me because you only get charged when you bring the parcel to the till afterwards. I expressed uncertainty, because my card had beeped on the contactless panel at the machine, but she re-iterated that I would not have been charged, because "that's just a dummy we have there". So I re-did the process, and the label printed properly this time, and she laughed again that "people always think the contactless there charges them, but it's just a dummy." I checked my bank account today, and my card was indeed charged TWICE. I know it might not seem like much, but it wasn't particularly cheap postage, and the fact that I was wrongly told multiple times, even when I questioned it, that I wouldn't be charged twice is not ok. I threw away the misprinted label, and obviously they don't give you a receipt until you hand over the parcel, so I have no proof this happened unless I go to a library and pay to print off a bank statement (I can't afford my own printer). I'm really disappointed.

   Good levels of stock across the store, clean and tidy instore and outside, plenty of baskets which were litter free and clean, staff friendly and efficient

   Quite possibly the worst food shop I've ever been in, and that isn't an exaggeration. Went in for tea once, and they didn't have any. Went in for baking paper, they didn't have any. Went in for onions... They didn't have any. Went in for a pastry, they had one! Great! But when I went in the next day, they didn't have any. The staff don't wear masks and have never heard of the theory of social distancing. The aisles are tiny and hold the strangest combination of random food items, none of which are actually useful. It is a common occurrence to see happy couples enter the shop and see lifeless husks leaving again, asking for divorces. A thoroughly unpleasant experience, I will visit again.

   With the new traffic light system in place it can take forever to get In. Not much selection to choose from I'm sure you get better deals and selection from Waitrose
