Very unhelpful staff and as well as not carrying out work on my car it was booked in for, also couldn't suggest anywhere else i could take it. Extra star for the adjoining petrol station where the staff are friendly and helpful. Won't be back.
After a fruitless trail round other tyre fitters I was directed to Coopers by the lovely people at Caravan Crew. I needed 2 tyres for my small trailer. Took them in one day and they were ready the next and they were much cheaper than I had expected. Great work. Highly recommend.
Bought 17.11.25...4 new Michelin Crossclimate 2s....Great service from Christine, top prices, received as promised cashback from Michelin, prompt and careful fitment... And 2500 miles later I'm a huge fan after returning from our trip to Italy, via England, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and back... These tyres are incredible, you can hear them pumping out the water on the Autobahn, cutting through snow in Northern Italy... I thought the 40000 miles on the original Michelin Latitude Sport 3s was good, these are next level capable, and quieter too... So pleased with the Cooper Brothers experience... Christine secured the business vs the "cheaper" on line and High Street names!
Went to Coopers with seriously defective tyre/steering problem. Attended late in the day. The guys, especially Kevin, were met with one problem after another, which they dealt with admirably, very late in the day. Kevin, even offered to give me his own vehicle to get me home if I was stranded!! Thanks to young Findlay too who sorted the problems without fuss and professionally. All the guys went above and beyond in such a difficult set of circumstances. Can’t thank you enough.
The work done is always top quality. The price is always reasonable and I've never had an issue. However today getting a new tyre replaced as I ran over a bolt. I was waiting for my tyre to get replaced and went outside instead of the normal waiting area. I seen the mechanic looking in my glovebox box for my wheelkey. There was old pictures of my grandmother in there and I seen him show them to other workers and was laughing. I found this really inappropriate.

Nice staff but watch what they do: left car for wheel alignment. Waited 3 hours to be told that there was a problem with the ball joint needed replacement. Waited another week to get it done due to the garage work load. Collected car. Yes, the alignement was done but.. I nearly lost a whole wheel as they forgot to screw parts properly. Guys, it's plenty of you to make sure jobs are done to the REQUIRED STANDARDS, please
I was booked my car for wheels alignment and new tyres they refused to do alignment but they able to sale me tyres that way and not balanced. It my first and last visit not helpful at all
I want to say a huge thank you for the excellent service I received yesterday. As always the staff very very helpful and accommodating, thanks also for the coffee. I need to say a special thanks to Josh, he was so courteous and respectful when giving me feedback on what had been wrong with my tyre and what they did to fix it. Josh appears to be a great asset to an already excellent staff team. Thanks again.
