   The staff in the store are brilliant, no complaints. This review is a warning to anyone considering ordering online on George.com. It took multiple attempts for my order to arrive as I would receive an email approximately 30 minutes before they expected to arrive. And when the parcel did arrive, I had received 4 out of the 5 bins order and 2 were so dented out of shape that they were unusable. I arranged a collection and left the box in my driveway, but it wasn't collected. No one came to the door. I returned it to the store after logging in to George.com to get a barcode. One of the staff at Bishopbriggs kindly helped me with this. The sum of my success: I have been refunded for 1 bin and I have successfully learned not to shop at George again.

   ASDA is one of the most well-known hypermarkets in Glasgow. It is big, and it has a wide variety of products, groceries, and clothes. However, It is far away from the city centre and there are other branches which are bigger and have more product collections. The good thing that they have a drive through and also, you can order online. That staff are very friendly and kind.

   Some of the staff aren’t the friendliest and don’t communicate much at the till. I would advise anyone shopping here to always check your receipt because I was over charged on more than one occasion. I had the inconvenience of having to return the next day to receive my refund to which I didn’t even receive an apology. The store in general seems clean and tidy and stocks most items required for an everyday shop.

   In asda tonight at around 7.30pm, went to the make your own pizza section, I was obviously an inconvenience to the woman working beind the counter, I asked if she was still making the pizzas up, she sighed and said im clearing up it depends what you want, I said that i would just leave it and walked away.

   I had an issue with a purchase today and I came back to the store with no receipt and a bit nervous about how I’d be received. The customer service team were amazing - helpful, understanding AND they solved my problem. Thank you, Asda Bishopbriggs. You are the best!

   The woman at front with the glasses at the quick shop part next to where the sandwiches are needs to crack a smile be more helpful stop talking to colleagues actually do the work she's being paid for and get off her mobile disrespectful and unacceptable whilst in a professional position!!! Unhappy with poor customer service

   Staff are very friendly and always keen to help, so 1 star for them. However, barely ever anyone on the tills especially early morning and in evening. Forced use of self service machines isn't ideal considering many elderly shoppers use this store. Fresh produce always short dated and also seen instances of things lying on shelves which are already passed sell by date. Shop also appears very low on fresh produce even running out of essentials. For instance tonight they had absolutely no bananas (pic added). Something seriously changed in this Asda as around 10 years ago it was excellent and better than its bigger Robroyston cousin.
