“I was standing in the trade part of the store. Diane gave me a wee shout saying she would be right with me as well as another member of staff only about a minute later. Very busy and they were trying so hard to deal with everyone. Diane even remembered my name before I got to the checkout. Its nice when nice people are about. Speaking of nice, Hey Screwfix, it would be nice if you maybe gave them another member of staff. :) Thank you. Back up today for more things. Another great person to deal with was Thomas.
