   I was standing in the trade part of the store. Diane gave me a wee shout saying she would be right with me as well as another member of staff only about a minute later. Very busy and they were trying so hard to deal with everyone. Diane even remembered my name before I got to the checkout. Its nice when nice people are about. Speaking of nice, Hey Screwfix, it would be nice if you maybe gave them another member of staff. :) Thank you. Back up today for more things. Another great person to deal with was Thomas. All the staff in fact in this store have been brilliant. Great team of people.

   Screwfix is a Screwfix there all the same. No issues with this one. Friendly staff most items I've had to get have been in stock. Can't complain, nice quick service too!

   Staff are always really friendly and helpful, everyone seems happy, it creates a nice enviroment. Yeah its screwfix and your only in for 5 minutes picking stuff up but it makes a difference if people are happy! Also prices are really good!

   It's a good store, I was just in for a single small item, the girl was efficient that took my order, then I was forgotten about, stood around for 10 minutes, and I had to chase the order up, there were only 3 other customers in, they had forgot all about my order..!! I could have been half way to my destination rather than stand around like a lemon.. All in all, it's a good shop to be fair.
