   Ordered item on line with item in stock, after 2 hrs no txt to say item ready. Went to store and spoke to duty manager who said it was nothing to do with him, I got my item but asked what he was going to do as duty manager as no txt sent. Again he said nothing to do with him as it was customer services responsability to notify customers. Told him again as duty manager, it was up to him to notify customer services that txt's were not being received. He got quite rude and clearly didn't like being chalenged. If your going to give duty manager jobs to somebody barely out of school, then they should be trained better. Terrible service.

   Ordered 2 items. 1 not in store, told it would be in next day 10am-12noon. Served by Marco who had the demeanour of a funeral director. Returned following day to be informed item still hadn't arrived by Marco again. Informed I would receive text message. At 12.30 (still no text) I was served by Josh, most helpful, pleasant and smiling with a terrific customer service attitude. Only given 1 star as josh was the saving grace of this store.

   Screwfix have advertised a 4 tier offer on app. Made 3 orders then it stopped. Call centre is saying that it wont activate on app anymore so you lose ALL the offers. Very poorly advertised. Think i will avoid this retail outlet. Ropeing customers in with a falsely advertised offer.

   Nice store with nice prices as you all know. The staff sometimes isn't the most friendly (Some really act like they don't like their work and don't even care about greeting you or having a smile), besides that can't complain.

   I was looking for a electoral wood saw So I went into screwfix in falkirk and got one there .well payed for it as it was not in stock and was told I would get a tex to pick it up on Saturday afternoon this is from Thursday afternoon saturday was here and no tex so I phone it tain me 15min to get through to the service and was told it would not be here untill Tuesday that is 5days after I ordered it it will be the last thing I will ever get out off this store Well

   Gave a one star because I can't give no stars - staff are useless with no organisational skills whatsoever. Ordered click and collect and when I arrived there were four people in front of me and it still took 45 minutes just to get into the store. This has very little to do with the Vivid 19 virus but more to do with totally incapable staff. Will definitely go to Toolstation next time.

   Got work boots in a rush buy as my other ones were done not much ladies choice considering the men's has a fair few. I do Like my boots only problem is they are tan and I work with wax and oil. They are in some state 3 weeks later where as black leather the wax would wipe off.
