Very disappointed, the lady at the till is one of the the worst staff I faced in Smyths, I was waiting till my turn then she left me at the till and went to chat with other staff and walked out the store, waited for awhile till she came back. With a rude attitude when serving as well. Very poor customer service
Are the staff ok?? Went in today and what is supposed to be a toy store, the 2 people on the desk looked like they were hating every moment and didn’t look approachable. No smile towards the children and when asking a question about stock the answer being snarled back at myself by the heavy set guy. Store looks great but the colleagues were not on it today.
Very disappointed today. Me wife looking for advice for my grandfaughters bike. Staff no interested. They were more interested in playing with toys . Three times i asked for assistance. Three times not interested. We went to Halfords next door and purchased tbe bike, helmet and bell
Katie was amazing helping me choose a car seat, she explained everything and spent lots of time helping me choose the correct seat.The lad that put the chosen seat in , think it was Gary was fantastic. Well done Smythes your staff are excellent.

The customer service is terrible This guy came and got mad at me for throwing a ball I didn't even throw He proceeds to get mad and then kicked me out the store!! I didn't even throw my football I simply swaped hands
Good selection and decent size of store. Staff a little light on the floor but helpful and parkingnis easy in retail park. Handy for price comparison against catalogue shop nearby. Plenty of room to move around but quite a lot of products stored at great height so bit harder to properly view everything
My kids love this place a great selection of toys all you could want
