“Went to Halfords to look for a bike for one of my sons. Was helped by a very helpful chap named Brian. After asking us some questions, we settled on a Carrera Crossfire 2. Brian was quite happy to explain the differences between the 3 models. At no point did we feel under any pressure from Brian to make a choice or to hurry up. He was more than happy to answer all our questions. It was a delight being served by Brian. We came back two months later and bought another bike for one of my other sons. I expect to go back and purchase another bike for my daughter soon. Can't thank Brian enough for his assistance and his knowledge is excellent, as is his attitude to customer service. “Booked all 4 new tyres for my Jeep Renegade via black circles (1st time) in April and 1st time at Cooper Brothers. Slight mix up with timeslot but situation recovered promptly and new booking slot confirmed. (No big deal) Very friendly, professional, efficient staff member, it was almost Hypnotic watching all 4 come off, get each tyre removed in sequence, swapped out and reloaded. Whether I use black circles or not, I'd definitely be back to Cooper Brothers. Great job!”

“What an outdoor shop! I came here the other day super last minute for a pair of new hiking boots. Colin listened to what I wanted and helped me try out a bunch. Eventually I settled on a pair of Aku Trekker Lites. The comfort is amazing and couldn’t be happier. Colin also gave me a few recommendations for some hikes whilst I was in Scotland. Both the hidden valley in Glen Coe and Steall falls did not disappoint. Would recommend the shop, products and customer service from the staff 100%”

I went away to think about it and decided a couple of weeks later to go ahead. Exceptional after sales from Alison and from Peloton member services, delivery guys were great too. Decided to keep bike after 30 day trial.”

“We are three friends doing the West Highland Way. Arrived in the evening and kindly welcomed by the hosts, two really friendly people. From the outside the campsite might look basic but as you come it's easy to notice that is very well kept and everything works good: clean and single baths and showers, lines for clothes and nice grass for tents. We ordered a pizza from a shop not far from there with fair prices. Overall, it is a super recommended place for everyone who loves camping!”
