   Visited this branch about a week ago. Visited the other branch (Coatbridge) today and was so shocked at the appalling customer service there that it has prompted me to write this review. The Coatbridge branch was absolutely awful and a polar opposite experience to what I had at this branch last week. The staff here was friendly and polite and made me and my dogs feel welcome. There was a young man staff member in the store who had some dog biscuits on him and said he always keeps some in his pockets to give the dogs who come in a treat - I thought this was a lovely idea and very kind. Made us feel valued as customers. Will definitely return to this branch and will definitely never return to the other one!

   Retail park as a whole is pretty good just be wary when using go outdoors, customer service is shocking staff couldnt care less about or assisting, picked items for purchasing got to tills to be met with no assistant at the till, so i ask lady packing shelves nearby to be told "yeah i am why", even when she was at till grumpy abrupt attitude, no offer of bag no thank you for your custom nuthing. Not a pleasant experience

   Helpful staff, excellent range and good prices (with the membership card). Managed to get everything we needed to kit my daughter out for her first camping trip from cutlery to sleeping bags so she can start with all the right gear.

   I was in the store on the 27th December looking for hiking boots and a jacket. Ross really helped to make it a great experience. He got us a trolley, escorted us to a mirror and was just in general super helpful. For me, it was this great customer from Ross that made it an outstanding experience.

   Delighted to have a Go Outdoors only 4 miles from home. As we are keen campers, it's our go to when we're in need of anything for our next adventure and it's always nice to have a browse when there anyway. Staff have always been helpful and friendly and you can get just about anything you need. If there was a coffee shop/stall within, it'd be even nicer.
