   Just been in this shop. Service appalling. 2 pairs of shorts identical on the same rack both with tags 2 for £19 and they charged me £24 full price. When questioned they said one is 7 inch length the other 5 inch but when put the shorts together they’re the exact same length, no differene. They Claimed there is a difference even if there it they look identical and when I checked the rack all the shorts were the same some said 7 some said 5 on the rack all mixed up all with tags saying 2 for £19. Extremely misleading and extremely rude customer service from the small guy and the ginger haired guy. I do go into this shop and spend money in the every other month but I will NOT be going to any sports direct again. Had they handled the situation professionally and politely I may still have made a purchase but I got a full refund and I won’t be back. Get your staff retrained

   I bought two pairs of the same tracksuit bottoms in the Paisley store, sizes XL and L, only because there was a big red label “2 for £23.99”. The receipt clearly shows the discount – one pair £23.99, the other -£23.99. At home I realised the L was too small, so my partner went to the Glasgow store (closer to us) to exchange it for XL. Glasgow staff refused to do the exchange and told her she had to go to the Paisley store instead. The Glasgow manager insisted it was impossible that these trousers were on discount and claimed we hadn’t paid for the second pair, treating us like fraudsters and repeatedly asking me if I had paid with my own card. When my partner, who is pregnant, decided to give up and take the trousers from the counter to go to Paisley, the manager tried to pull them out of her hands. After a brief struggle, during which she was physically manhandled, the manager threatened to call the police, but when my partner encouraged her to do so, she suddenly changed her mind. She then promised that if we went to Paisley, they would fix their mistake, so my partner let go of the trousers and agreed. In Paisley, the manager admitted the discount was a mistake but refused to exchange sizes unless I paid again(!). They also refused a refund, saying “discounted items can’t be returned” – even though they insisted there was no discount. In the end, they took one pair away and I was left with just one pair for the price of two. Absolute nonsense and zero respect for the customer. Never shopping with this company again. I am attaching photos of the receipt and the promotional label as proof.

   AVOID TRAINERS HERE went to return a defective pair of mesh trainers yesterday that had little use of the two months I had them. They declined any sort of responsibility. When I pointed out I was wearing a year old pair of trainers from JD that were fine I was told by manager that's because they are good trainers inferring JD sell trainers that last and Sports Direct don't. Thought warning here was better than complaining as the guy was sound but admitted their stock had very low life expectancy compared to who they think are rivals.

   Good to see a chain store hanging on in Paisley High Street. Good selection in store. Unfortunately I suspect it’s days are numbered like everywhere else in Paisley town centre. Enjoy it while you can!

   Costumes and shop floor are great 5start apart of that .... I ordered 2 different orders in Same time I chose delivery to local pick up point never arrived 1 item never arrived to destination second lost total waiting time was more then 3 or 4 weeks really it's nor worth it waiting they using the cheapest parcel to deliver products and you have to wait 2 weeks plus 2 or 3 if something happened totally I still waiting for my product because they lost it ,2 time think before you want something really quick the best option it's store or JD sport or other companies.. disappointed

   Shambles, placed an order online for pick up, after a week still no word, no email confirmation, no order number, tried to phone the store 5-6 times no answer, emailed customer support to be told my item can't be delivered to my house (which I never asked for) and the website is completely useless aswell, safe to say I will NOT be buying anything from them in the future.

   Attitude of a female assistant was not very nice. Shouted at my daughter who is hard of hearing and wears a aid to keep her mask up in the shop. She had it on but was adjusting it as has difficulty as both come over the ear. Not the first time I have been in this shop with assistant with the same problem. Think some retraining needed. Will not be back. Trying to encourage people to shop locally, not witj that attitude.
